Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as an on-site administrator.

Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.

**Position**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery teams on site to ensure the team achieve contractual KPi’s
- Preparation & maintenance of spreadsheets and word documents
- Support & assist live project administration
- Provide administrative support as required by the FM team
- Liaising with multiple internal & external teams
- Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers.
- Implement divisional processes and procedure
- Negotiate with various contractors and vendors
- Build strong relationships with clients and managers

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring**:

- Broad understanding of facilities management and services.
- Good IT skills with a good understanding of Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

**What will make you stand out from the crowd**:

- Previous experience in hard and soft service environment.
