Facilities Manager Administrator We are working with a renowned Kent based Engineering business. We have a fantastic opportunity to join their expanding Facility Maintenance Division. Our client has an expanding portfolio of public and private sector clients, and the organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Structural, Electrical, Fabrication, Commercial Projects, Facility Maintenance and other associated trades. We are currently hiring a Facilities Administrator to work at HM Prison in the Sussex area Role and Responsibilities: Overseeing the administration within a FM department. Preparation & maintenance of spreadsheets, workflow trackers, word documents and site folders. Liaising with internal work teams, external contractors and sub-contractors. Support & assist live project administration. Provide excellent customer service. Outgoing correspondence via email. Incoming enquiries. Ordering PPE and departmental materials. Check engineer's timesheets against scheduling software. Scan completed paperwork and archive accordingly. Answer incoming calls where necessary. Maintain and update customer records within the supply chain system. Chasing deliveries to site - Liaise with an agreed customer contact for goods delivered to directly to site To actively participate in the continuous development and improvement of service delivery. To carry out other such duties as may be required from time to time. Essential Requirements

: Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way, verbally and in writing. Attention to detail. Good organisational skills Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents Desirable but not essential working knowledge of Simpro. Location
