**We have a fantastic opportunity in Leeds for a Documents Administrator, where you will be working within a busy office environment and full training will be provided.**

Big Motoring World Group is an expanding dealer group that is going from strength to strength and is looking to employ a Documents Administrator at our Leeds Office in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast and progressive moving group as well as working alongside lots of other experienced team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Documents Administrator to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy work with lots of progression on offer within a constantly growing.

**What we offer**
- Work Shift Pattern is 08:00am - 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Contracted Hours 42.5 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: up to £11.44 per hour

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processing and Sorting Vehicle Documentation
- Contacting Vehicle Garages
- Updating System with Vehicle Information
- Sending Documents to our Sales Sites
- HPI (Hire Purchase Information) Checks
- Check Vehicle Recalls
- Plan and organise time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines, achieving efficiency.
- Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed
- Maintain high standards of house-keeping

- Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
- Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work
- Literate, numerate, and proficient computer skills
- Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
- Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
- Prior experience of working to team targets
- Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
