Document Controller Specialist

We are working alongside a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor in the UK, supporting project administration with document control duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Copy and store documents securely
  • Verify contract accuracy and edit files as needed
  • Distribute project-related documents to internal teams promptly
  • Organise physical and digital records efficiently
  • Create templates for future administrative tasks
  • Maintain open communication with employees and clients
  • Retrieve files upon request
  • Oversee documentation flow within the organisation
  • Ensure confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Administrator or Document Controller is beneficial
  • Familiarity with project management principles is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required
  • Strong typing and editing skills are necessary
  • Data organisation skills are crucial
  • Meticulous attention to detail is vital

A general Administration background is mandatory, with Document Control experience being desirable but not necessary. Training will be provided to support professional development.

The estimated salary for this role ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
