Document Control Specialist

We are working alongside a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor in the UK. This administrative role will be responsible for supporting the administration side of projects, specifically focusing on document control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Copy, scan and store documents
  • Verify contract accuracy and edit files
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Manage communications with employees and clients
  • Retrieve files as requested
  • Oversee documentation flow within the organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Document Controller
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Excel
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organisation skills
  • Attention to detail

A general Administration background is essential, with Document Control experience desirable but not required. Training will be provided to support career development.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
