HR Admin Assistant, London

Spinnaker are working with a well-established, stable, international shipowner who are hiring an HR Admin Assistant in their London office.
This is a great opportunity to begin your HR career.
Your role will be to support the HR Business Partner and HR Manager and HR Advisor with all administrative tasks in a busy HR department.
Working with the HR leadership team you’ll prepare purchase orders and monitor incoming invoices, administer monthly childcare vouchers, monitor HR ticketing, preparation of offer letters and contracts from templates, prepare letter for year-end processand be involved in onboarding processes as well as other admin tasks as instructed.
Experience required:
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience within administration.
Qualifications required:
- A level or college diploma
This is a full-time position, based in London
Existing entitlement to live and work in the United Kingdom is required.
