**Albany housing is a London based not-for-profit organisation aiming to prevent homelessness. We work closely with vulnerable and socially excluded individuals to help transform their lives. We have a great opportunity for An Admin and HR officer to join our team and provide support to our residents, support staff and Management.**

**It is vital you understand that these clients are vulnerable and to exercise patience and restraint, as no two days are the same. You will be expected to make a real difference to the lives of our service users to improve their recovery and their communities in a dignified way.**

**In this role you will be required to provide a service for the clients and ensure they are housing ready at the housing staging post and once housing ready, you will explore move on options for the clients in order to sustain meaningful accommodation. As HR & admin officer you will provide a high quality employee expeience alongside an effective HR and Admin service accross the organisation, this will include liaising with landlords and attending projects to carry out administrative and support tasks.**

**The role is Monday to Friday with occassional weekends - you will visit clients at our accommodations as well as being office based on some days.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
