Currently, we are looking for you to join as an HR Admin

**Job Brief**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain employee records and documentation, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and employee data.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees, including processing new hire paperwork, creating employee profiles, and setting up new hire orientations.
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other company-provided benefits.
- Assist in organizing employee events and activities, including company-wide meetings, team-building events, and holiday parties.
- Maintain and update HR-related databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- In possession of at least a higher National Diploma in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
