Job Summary/Introduction Looking to start your career in HR? A global professional services company are seeking a HR Administrator to join their Central London Head Office. This is a fantastic first step into a HR career. As a HR Administrator you will be supporting the wider HR department in day to day tasks and have the opportunity to work alongside an established team, grow your skills and progress within a global company.
Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with ensuring all new starters on-boarding paperwork/requirements are returned completed and filed appropriately.- Running weekly reports.- Answering any queries from the HR admin inbox, acting as first point of contact in HR for the wider business, and providing ad hoc support to the wider HR team where necessary.- Liaise with managers to ensure probation reviews are completed within set time scales.- Maintaining of employee records and database in line with the GDPR guidelines.- Maintaining HRIS system: starters, leavers, and any changes.- Schedule and assist with conducting exit interviews with leavers.- Preparing of various HR documents, including offer letters and contracts.
Essential skills:
- A keen interest to pursue a career in HR.- 1 year administrative experience desirable.- A positive attitude and friendly demeanour.- Experience with MS office.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Good time management and able to prioritise workload.
