**Pension & Investment Administrator**

Well established, successful, professional and friendly IFA practice is looking for an additional team member to assist financial consultants with administration
- New business processing of pensions and investment cases
- Liaising with financial consultants, paraplanners, providers etc
- Keeping the back-office system, Intelliflo up to date
- Correspondence with clients, providers, consultants
- Diary keeping, preparing files for meetings
- Adhering to compliance/FCA legislation

**Person Specification**:

- Bright, articulate, strong attention to detail
- Organised and efficient
- Competent IT skills
- Professional telephone manner, able to liaise well at all levels
- Numerate
- Team player

**Additional Information**:

- Hybrid, role 3 days office, 2 days home
- Benefits package
- £25-30,000
