**What do you need to be successful?**

To support the continued growth of Professional Training Solutions by assisting the Data and Compliance Team in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the PTS training centre.

The Data & Compliance Administrator will assist in the day-to-day office administration duties, liaison with the delivery team, learners and employers/clients as well as work on ad-hoc projects as agreed with their line manager.

**_There is also the requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check._**

**Some of your roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in the aspects of the learner journey administration in line with audit/Ofsted/funding requirements and PTS policies and procedures.

Including but not limited to:
- Responding to initial enquiries
- Preparing learner paperwork
- Registering learners
- Audit and monitor learner paperwork
- Register learners with the awarding bodyManage and order resources to ensure the effective day to day running of the centre, including resources for training***
- Conduct on-programme audits of learners and provide reports to the SMT
- Support the collation of information and statistics in the event of OFSTED or audit.
- Oversee the day to day running of the facilities.
- Process incoming and outgoing post for the PTS office****:

- Work within PTS systems to ensure accurate monitoring of learner information and scheduling of classes
- Offer support where required to the Data and Compliance Team****:

- Monitor evaluation surveys, including follow up calls where required****:

- Using MS Word to produce letters, resources and meeting notes when required****:

- To undertake other administrative and support tasks that may arise.
