Financial Planning and Investment support required for a prestigious fee-based firm, offering an outstanding service to UHNW Clients. This role will suit a grad with some industry experience or interest who is keen to learn and progress into paraplanningafter a few years. Strong people skills are still a necessity to be considered. Alternatively, an administrator with previous experience and a certain level of maturity and experience, who is committed to the role and aspires for a long-term future with thecompany and can hit the ground running.
- Input clients’ details into the company database
- Handling new business admin
- Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns etc.
- Prepare documentation for clients’ financial planning review meetings
- File checking for completeness
- Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
- Help advisers with meeting prep, new client packs, agendas etc.
- Beginning/looking to begin to work towards diploma qualification
- Support prep of investment review documents
- Investment committee prep, note taking and implementation of actions
- Support investment implementation and dealing
- Support administration of RJIS platform e.g., account fee checks, quarterly adviser fee and spreadsheet.
- Builds technical knowledge through study and 'on the job’.

- Comply with FCA conduct rules at all times
- Adhere to the relevant compliance and financial crime procedures
- Team player, support colleagues
- Suitable for either a grad or A - Levels with a proven interest in the financial services industry
- Some office experience is essential
- Plenty of opportunities to develop and progress

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Farnham
- £22,000 - £26,000 - for Graduate/with a couple of years’ experience
- £25-35,000 for somebody with vast technical and/or paraplanning experience
- Monday to Friday, 9-5.30
- Full study support
