**FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR**
Due to exceptional business growth a new opening has arisen for a talented and technical strong Financial Services Administrator to join a Financial Planning and Investment company with a refreshing approach of putting their clients at the very heart of whatthey do. You will find yourself working within a hugely supportive and collaborative team providing Advisors with first class administrative support within set deadlines.
Salary £24-27K depending on experience + Benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and quarterly incentives
Key responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,
- Support Advisors with day to day administrative duties
- Preparation of compliant documentation including client packs and agendas
- Prepare documents for financial planning review meetings
- Liaise with product providers
- Track and capture accurate data

The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need,
- Strong level of education, an industry relevant degree would be an advantage
- Recent Financial Services administrative experience required
- Professional and confident verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent technical skills essential to work in this highly regulated sector
- Highly customer focused with a natural willingness to ‘go that extra mile’
