- Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent OR substantial relevant experience working in a Further/Higher Education setting;
- At least 4 years relevant experience in a student support role in Further/Higher Education setting;
- Experience of collecting, analysing, and presenting information to inform complex management decisions;
- Experience of using a student information management system;
- Experience of providing advice and guidance to staff and students with comprehensive knowledge and experience of policies, procedures & regulations;
- Experience of developing and publishing digital content using website and social media platforms;
- Experience of delivering advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders;
- Experience of committee servicing; and
- Experience of event management, to include facilitating training for stakeholders.
