A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Team Leader/Manager to join a revolutionary Construction Software Technology business and winner of Construction software provider of the year.

**The role**
We are looking for a team leader for the Customer Success Managers team. The team manages all projects globally with the main goal of expanding to more projects within the account. The team is also critical in Marketing (building case studies) and Product(gathering feedback and observations from projects) efforts.
**Customer Success Team Leader/Manager - Responsibilities / Duties**
- Develop, coach, and support a team of Customer Success Managers
- Manage, prioritize, and oversee the daily tasks of the team
- Setting and implementing standards and working methods
- Define and track goals and KPIs for the team and each individual in the team
- Support efforts and build relationships with key projects
- Engage with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure the team’s efforts are prioritized correctly and the results are leveraged optimally in the company
- Work cross-functionally to identify and implement initiatives to help scale the business
**Customer Success Team Leader/Manager - Requirements**
- 4+ years in a B2B customer-facing role
- Experience in managing a Customer Success team
- Strong operational skills, proactive approach to process improvement, and previous experience building out customer success initiatives and best practices that drive success with accounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in training and developing a customer success team
- Knowledge of the construction industry - a plus
