**Key role objectives**

Sitting within the Financial Inclusion Team the post holder will provide administrative support to both the Projects and Interventions Officer, and the wider Financial Inclusion Team.

The post holder will primarily be working on the new Energy Crisis Support Scheme and key areas of responsibility will include:

- The use of IT including case management systems and spreadsheets to accurately record information and prepare statistical information as and when required
- To provide a high-quality support service to the Energy Crisis Support Scheme Team with a focus on the delivering excellent customer service to our tenants and residents.

**Shortlisting and interview criteria**

The applicants ability to demonstrate that they meet the following criteria is essential:

- Experience of delivering customer service directly to members of the public i.e., face to face / on the telephone
- Experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheets and or other data related IT storage systems
- Experience of working in an environment where organisational, literacy and numeracy skills have been demonstrated
- Good attention to detail with the ability to analyse data efficiently and accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
