**Job Overview**:
To support the Hard Services planning team, Supply Chain & Help Desk with delivery and general administration across the Sellafield estate.
The role will be expected to build dynamic working relationships with all key stakeholders to facilitate contract performance.
**Main Duties**
- Supporting the Hard Services planning team & Supply Chain with completion of work orders on the Archibus system.
- Providing resilience and support to the Help Desk
- Logging of corrective/reactive work orders on Archibus where required.
- Printing, recording, distributing and returning MOVEX work orders.
- To support site building controller duties.
- Handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of managers/supervisors.
- Administrate and arranging meetings including preparation of agendas, recording and distributing minutes.
- Collate, record and monitor annual leave and absence management.
- General administration tasks including (but not limited to):
- Preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, report and minutes.
- Collation and maintaining office files/records.
- Maintaining office and service consumables.
- Updating and printing of Risk Assessments and Tally Sheets.
To maintain a customer focus at all times, taking a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensuring concerns are resolved or relayed to to line management to allocation of ownership and direction.

**Qualifications**
Qualified to a minimum of GCSE level, Math's and English are essential
Good communication and computer literacy are a must
**Additional Skills**
Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential
High standard of computer literacy and Microsoft Office.
**Personal Attributes**
Must be a dynamic and self driven individual with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
The canidiate should work well in teams and demonstrate an aptitude for initiative, ownership and issue resolution.
