**Role Purpose**:
- To maintain all quality records inline with the project requirements. Supporting the Quality manager in delivery and complient, right first time, high quality project that meets the needs defined by regulations and customer defined requirements.
**What you'll be doing**
As a Quality Administrator**,** **you will have the following accountabilities;
- Ensuring the efficient Control of Records and QA/QC procedures.
- Manage the concurrent compilation of quality records
- Support the development Project Quality strategies and plans and the implementation of measurement frameworks across the scope of services and full project lifecycle
- Support the Quality team in dealing with external auditing governing bodies to maintain existing certification and continuous improvement
- Maintain quality improvement performance measures and recommendations.
- Support the delivery of business stream quality programs and actions
- Support the establishment of a continuous improvement culture Become familiar and adhere to BB policy/procedure and the workflows and contract details, procedures/processes that are required for safe and timely execution. This includes proficiency in platforms such as BIM360, Sharepoint and Ffenics.
- Support the delivery of Balfour Beatty’s Sustainability activities
- Complete safety observation card; target 1 per week, recorded on BB APP
**Who we're looking for**
The following experience/qualifications are required:
- Experience in quality within the mechanical nuclear industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with delivery teams and project managers
- Pays attention to detail and sees things through to completion
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and acts in an independent and professional manner with the ability to influence others including senior management
- Is a self-starter who manages their own time and seeks to add value to their function
- Has an enquiring and questioning approach to audit work
- Can obtain the required security clearances
- High levels of integrity
- Able to constantly focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
