Sales Order Processor

Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Sales Order Processor for a permanent role at our clients site in Altrincham
**The work will involve**:
- Working in a team to ensure the service standards are maintained for customers
- Updating customers on pricing, delivery schedules and updates on orders
- Resolving Customer complaints or issues
- Liasing with different departments including sales, factory, procurement and warehouse
- Setting up New customers on the system
- General admin duties
- Record keeping and updating systems with new information
**The working times and pay**:
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00-17:00
- 35 hours per week after breaks
- £21 - 24,000 per annum
- Permanent role from Day 1

**Skills/Qualifications Needed**:
- Previous Sales Order Processing and Customer Service experience essential
- Computer Literate
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred
- Polish Speaking preferred due to daily communication with sites in Poland
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
