Head Office Administrator

**Location: Stirling**
**Hours: 35hrs, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**
**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)**
**About the role**:Our Head Office Administrator role will support various roles with key administrative tasks and work closely with the Head Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our head office and support functions across all departments.

**More details about the role **_**(Not an exhaustive list**_**)**:
- Providing support across all Head Office company administration functions
- Liaising with suppliers/tenants
- Administrative responsibility for the management and maintenance of company vehicles
- Organising staff events, including hotel bookings and lunch orders
- Supporting our operations with administration tasks as required, which could involve liaising with our programme participants or learners
- General administrative tasks as required
- Setting a professional, positive example to all stakeholders

**Duties**:
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with personal tasks for the office manager as needed
- Serve as a dental receptionist, greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide customer support to clients and customers
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks software
- Transcribe notes and dictation for the office manager
- Maintain organization of the dental office and ensure it is clean and presentable
- Utilize Google Suite to manage calendars, documents, and spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures a plus
