Join our NUH Staff Wellbeing programme. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in health promotion to join our small, friendly, supportive and busy multidisciplinary Staff Wellbeing team as a Staff Wellbeing Officer.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of NHS staff. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team you will support the day to day delivery of a high quality, comprehensive staff wellbeing programme which incorporates physical and mental health support for our diverse workforce.

This is a great position for someone looking to advance their experience whilst gaining hands on experience in a thriving and supportive team.

The team office is based at Queen’s Medical Centre although the postholder will be required to work across all Trust sites depending on demand for service delivery..

NUH Staff Wellbeing Lead Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Main duties of the job

Working closely with the Staff Wellbeing Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist the post will have specific responsibility for supporting an exciting project of work to improve the emotional and psychological resilience of our Trust. This project will be developing post incident support models and mental health literacy.

In addition you will support the day to day delivery of a high quality staff workplace wellness programme across NUH. Duties include supporting the delivery of health promotion events, undertaking evaluation of the programme, general administration related to the programme, supporting our Wellbeing Champions and contributing to the development of specific health and wellbeing campaigns.

The Staff Wellbeing Service is part of the Corporate HR department and is comprised of a multi disciplinary team. They deliver a wide range of health and wellbeing initiatives to support the wellbeing of staff including:

- Experience of organising and delivering events/workshops including preparation of information stands and collation of relevant resources to a diverse group of individuals
- Experience of setting up/maintaining databases & spreadsheets
- Experience of promoting initiatives and messages via a range of media

Communication

- Ability to work/engage with a wide range of different groups
- Ability to create and sustain effective working partnerships

Planning

- Ability to collate/analyse statistical information and produce service evaluation reports and briefings
- Ability to work on a wide range of pieces of work at any one time

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
