We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to help to-ordinate elements of the Staff Wellbeing programme. The post holder must have a keen interest in wellbeing, health promotion and healthy lifestyle choices. They must have a keen eye for detail and provide high quality co-ordination and administration skills. They must be a team player but also capable of using initiative and completing work independently.

Main duties of the job

To coordinate requests for and support the delivery of a range of staff wellbeing events, particularly local inductions events/talks and localised staff wellbeing roadshows, including updating information displays and collating relevant resources.

To work alongside the SWB Dietitian to help coordinate a programme of eat well activities, including coordination of the timetable, room bookings and any administrative tasks.

To coordinate the menopause work stream including; delivery of support/awareness sessions, recruitment and training of menopause advocates, menopause related events etc.

To promote the staff wellbeing programme through attendance at staff induction days, giving presentations about the programme, attendance at time out days, the development of general marketing material and distribution of publicity materials.

Experience

- Experience of comprehensive and highly competent IT skills
