**Responsible for, but not limited to**:
Processing purchase invoices which correlate to purchase orders and goods received notes using Sage Accounts software

Conduct purchase ledger housekeeping.

Monthly reconciliation of payments with supplier statements

Prepare monthly payment runs.

Processing and distribution of sales invoices using Sage accounts and CIM software

Monthly production of debtors report and weekly credit control.

General administration duties.

Answering telephone calls and taking messages

Greeting visitors

**Essential**:
Strong administration background with exceptional level of attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft office and Sage accounting software

Excellent numeracy skills

**Desirable**:
Experience working in a similar role with a good understanding and practical experience of accounting principles

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
