Job Title: Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry & manage accounts on QuickBooks.
- Create and manage spreadsheets.
- Reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts.
- General administration within the Finance Department.
- Point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal colleagues to help resolve invoice and accounts queries.
- Manage accounts queries, ensuring everything gets through to the supplier payment stage efficiently.
- Support the Finance Manager with month-end duties.

The role involves data entry on various systems, so accuracy is key. Training will be provided, but previous experience in a busy accounts department in your current or last job is a role requirement.

The role is part-time, 9.30 am to 3.00 pm, three days a week with half an hour unpaid lunch break. This is an office-based role in Hull; remote working is not available for this position.
