**Pay rate**: £12.82 per hour

- Managing and maintaining customer accounts with precision and attention to detail.- Coordinating appointments and bookings efficiently to ensure smooth operations.- Monitoring stock levels and proactively addressing supply chain issues.- Responding to urgent order requests promptly and professionally.- Collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.- Providing administrative support to the customer service team as required.**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a related industry.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.-
