- To establish trusting relationships with our children and their families, particularly those with emotional needs and learning barriers.
- To work successfully alongside colleagues to support identified families, offering advice, support and guidance.
- To act as a core member of the Safeguarding team, attending meetings as required and ensuring the Schools Safeguarding system is kept up to date.
- To liaise with external agencies, including early help, and establish successful, professional relationships.
- To support families to improve pupil progress and achievement by helping to ensure good school attendance.
