**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a positive and empowering environment for clients.
- Build and maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote independence and encourage clients to achieve their goals.
- Document and report on clients' progress and any significant changes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different working environments and schedules.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.52-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 72 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS Update Service Check (preferred)
- Mandatory Training Certificate(s) (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
