We are looking for our next Senior Care Worker to join our award winning team.

Our Senior Carers play a vital role by supporting the team to achieve high standards of care, and enhancing the quality of care we provide to all our clients through effective compliance management.

**Salary & Remuneration**

**Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Senior Care Worker**:
Like everyone in the Radfield Home Care team, our Senior Carers are supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The primary responsibilities for this role are:

- Provide hands-on care and support when needed.
- Feedback from client reviews to improve the service levels where necessary.
- Carry out spot checks on care staff.
- Participate in the On-Call response team.
- This role is split between the office and the community.

**Hours of work**:
This position will be on a full-time basis and will be split between remote working, working in the community and office based. The working hours will equate to 37.5 hours per week, which will comprise of office based duties, remote working and on-call as part of a rota with other staff.

The working days will be Monday to Friday, with some weekend responsibilities as part of the on-call rota.

**What type of person would suit this role?**

We are looking for someone someone who loves working with people, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.

You’ll need to have previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency either as a Care Worker (with over 1 year experience), Senior Care Assistant. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
