Healthcare Worker

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Workers to join our team. As a Healthcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
**Duties**:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
**Skills**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in home care or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and healthcare professionals
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Familiarity with homecare regulations and procedures
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing patient needs
