Our client is a well established business based in the centre of Herford who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team of 6 and help during a busy time initial, with the chance of the role becoming permanent.
The company offers hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) and full training and support.
The main responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier accounts and statement
- Sending remittance advices to suppliers - Assist with bank reconciliation process
- Preparing the weekly payment run
- Checking and processing staff expenses
- Checking and matching delivery notes
- Ad-hoc analysis as and when the business requires Person Spec:
