Accounts Administrator

We're seeking an individual to take on the responsibilities of managing day-to-day transactional processes, such as overseeing the purchase ledger, conducting bank reconciliations, and handling credit card reconciliations. This is an urgent requirement for a temporary position lasting six weeks initially. The role demands adaptability and efficient multitasking skills, particularly in a fast-paced work environment.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO**
**RECONCILIATION**
Reconcile and post credit card statements, actively engaging with the client operations team to obtain any missing receipts and ensuring comprehensive documentation
**TEAM COLLABORATION** Work collaboratively as a key member of the Management Accounts team to ensure the timely processing of financial transactions, including receipts and payments, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
**INVOICE PROCESSING**
Process and post invoices and payments using the accounting package, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping..
**BANKING TRANSACTIONS**
Post and reconcile daily banking transactions, maintaining precision in financial records and contributing to overall financial transparency.
**PURCHASE AND EXPENSE MANAGEMENT**
Reconcile purchase invoices, receipts, and payments, assisting with accounts payable and efficiently managing petty cash reconciliation. Process and verify expenses claims.
