Within the role of a Customer Service Administrator at Phoenix we always put the needs of the customer first and are passionate about aiding others and enhancing the customer experience.

The hourly wage for this position is £11.54 and it begins on **January 16th 2023**.There are several additional perks that will be available to you, such as holiday pay. Full-time, Monday through to Friday, 9.00am -17:00pm

**What will a Customer Service administrator do?**

While making sure you keep your word, you will help the servicing of a variety of policies. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers are equipped with all the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension policies. There areno sales involved in this role, what's important is your ability to have great conversations with our customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner while completing any admin necessary.
- Providing all policyholders with excellent customer service at every step of their relationship with Phoenix Group.
- Keeping track of a mailbox that might contain correspondence from co-workers or insurance customers.
- coordinating with other teams and departments to help the policy holder find a solution.
- Acting professionally when conversing with Financial representatives or policyholders.
- Embrace responsibility for duties you are given and keep an eye on activity.
