**Summary of the role**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Work meticulously and swiftly to uphold quality standards.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance process efficiency and customer experience.
- Organising and providing support to the members of the customer service team.
- Filing, sending, and receiving post stationary requisitions.
- Aiding the financial administration department.
- Pursue continuous personal development to meet evolving customer demands across various channels.
- Acquire new skills and knowledge to enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrate behaviours that promote positive customer outcomes and effectively manage Conduct Risk.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations, including Diligenta's corporate policies and guidelines.
- Uphold standards in Data Protection, Information Security, Anti-Financial Crime, and other compliance areas.
- Meet individual, team, and departmental KPIs to ensure effective service delivery.
- Focus on achieving customer-centric measures and outcomes.
- Effectively manage personal workload to meet targets and support team objectives.

**What we’re looking for**
- A passion for helping people and providing great service. This may have been gained through work in a call centre environment, retail, hospitality, travel or other customer focussed environments.
- A desire to learn. From day one, we will invest in your professional development by providing extensive group and personalised training that will assist with your growth as a first-class Customer Service Representative.
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems.
- Must possess and demonstrate a helpful, can-do and service-oriented outlook, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a team environment, being discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive going beyond the call of duty, have a keen eye for detail, be result-oriented and have an ability to stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty.
