**Competencies**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Has the ability to work to company set deadlines.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant people.
- Daily filing/archiving and control of documents.
- Scanning and shredding.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Adding waste sheets/pallet total sheets stats into spreadsheet.
- General office paperwork.
- Maintain an organised office environment.

20 hours per week 9.30am-1.30pm Monday - Friday.

£11.44 per hour.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
