Energy Administrator
We are seeking an Energy sector administration. You will ideally need to have an interest in a career within the energy sector or already hold relevant experience.
In addition you will need to enjoy collaborative working and being a part of an outgoing and friendly small team.
Who you will be working for?
You will be working for a specialist business consultancy with expertise in the utilities and the energy sector. You will be part of an organisation that are passionate and aim to shape an eco-friendlier future.
What will you be doing?
Other key duties to also include:

- Delivering contract activities within agreed Service Levels.
- Scheduling meetings, booking facilities and providing full Secretariat support including.
- Producing and circulating meeting documentation.
- Attending industry meetings, pre-meetings and post-meetings as appropriate.
- Producing accurate meeting minutes and summary of actions; and coordinating attendees.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and industry bodies to ensure queries and actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Preparing and presenting summary papers and basic analysis of industry data.
- Managing website updates, and ensuring documentation, guidance and information published is correct.
- Supporting with marketing, communications and social media.
- Participating in the accurate delivery of any Change or Audit processes; and proactively reviewing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and exacting quality standards are met.
- Any other related and required duties.
About you:
If you have the right attitude, confidence writing and speaking our Client will nurture your interest in learning all aspects of this position - there will be a thorough induction and where necessary training (for example minute taking).
You will also need:

- Degree educated or similar.
- Administration and coordination experience essential.
- Confident in person communication skills.
- An interest in a career within the energy sector.
- Computer savvy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to manage your own workload and multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
What's in it for you?
The Energy Administrator is a permanent opportunity. The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and our Client offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days in office.
The applicable salary is £27,500 - £31,000pa (dependent on experience) plus bonus, exceptional benefits including discretionary bonus, flexible work, healthcare, life assurance and much more.
