**Business Development manager**

We are recruiting for a business development Manager to drive B2B sales of crowd sourced services to a wide range of verticals including:

- EV
- Electric vehicle
- Electrical Vehicles charging

Working for an established international business your role is to discover new clients and identify how our business can add benefit and reduce cost for their customers. You will utilise your consultative sales skills to discover areas where you can addefficiency and remove pain-points within your potential customers’ business.

This role suits a hunter mentality who enjoys building leads, networking, and researching to build and develop a profitable client base. You will have experience working on £100k+ service deals and operating at C+ level within customer organisations.

This role is home based and as such a driven, motivated individual that has experience working remotely is essential.

**Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will be to**:

- Research prospective accounts - understand their business and identify how you can add value and reduce cost to their existing model
- Generate additional revenue from existing accounts (20% of the role)
- Generate opportunities from your own network continually building new profitable leads
- Effectively navigating customer organisations to identify and influence key decision makers
- Help the commercial Director build quotations and proposals and develop through the full sales cycle
- Facilitate the arrangement of client meetings.
- Locate and attend business specific networking events to generate additional leads
- Utilise the CRM system effectively, building a contact plan for long-term sales opportunities
- To clearly demonstrate your ability to build a pipeline of opportunity in accordance with your targets.

- Have experience dealing with challenging stakeholders to deliver projects on target and budget

**In return we are offering**:

- £50 - £60,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure (minimum £10k OTE depending on performance)
