Customer Service Advisor

Juice is delighted to be supporting an international travel consultancy, based in a Wiltshire, with their search for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in dynamic and fast-moving industry.
Day-to-day you will support customers who have purchased with the company, through processing information and managing a variety of enquiries whilst always providing an exceptional level of service.
We are looking for a professional and customer-orientated individual, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to think on your feet and show initiative.
Duties include bit not limited to -- Deal directly with customers either by telephone & electronically
- Enjoys working with a broad range of customers and clients and understands customer’s needs, wants and expectations
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries within agreed timescales
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring right compensation level is offered in a quick and effective manner
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal departments
- Build relationships with suppliers to work together in resolving any customer query
- Be proactive in solving the customers issues, maintaining high standards of service at all times
This fantastic role would suit an outgoing individual, who loves building and maintain relationships. You be able to efficiently work to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will be flexible and adaptable with your approach.
