Abstract Recruitment are looking for a hard-working, ambitious full-time individual to join our Customer Service Team at their brand new site based at Wootton, Bedfordshire.

**Job role**:
**Shift pattern**:
Monday to Friday

8 am to 4.30 pm or 9 am to 5.30 pm

**Salary**:
£23.700 per year

**Responsibilities**:
Be passionate about customer care and making the company an industry leader in customer service.

Provide a timely response to customers.

Ensuring issues are logged and appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.

To provide summary and progress reports so that on-going improvements can be made and monitored.

**Skills**:
Fluent with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to maintain attention to detail.

Ideally 2 years’ experience in office-based customer service.

Proficient in using computers, excel and word, software systems.

Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.

Competent, a good communicator and listener.

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Wootton, Bedfordshire: Relocate before starting work (required)
