This position will be responsible for reporting and people analytics using Reporting and Analytics system, for the HR function. You will be supporting the business and people analytics team with the wider HR team including HR Operation and HRIS to ensurethe data is precise, relevant, and able to assist the firm with insights. This role reports to the Manager, Business and People Analytics and you will be working in a team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Utilise HRIS System (Workday) to maintain existing reports and dashboards.
- Producing new reports for users based on queries.
- Maintaining data to ensure the system and data integrity and consistency.
- Working closely with the HR team to perform data audits and cleansing.
- Monitor data to ensure system integrity and consistency and distinguish any gaps (ensuring all data is compliant with legal requirements).
- Supporting the business with any requests. i.e., creating new reports, maintaining the database, and establishing and resolving any errors in reports.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team and other data providers to enhance data collaboration, awareness, operational effectiveness, and data quality.
