Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Head Office in Mallusk for a full time Auction Support Administrator.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

- First point of contact for customers
- Answering telephones
- Taking cash / card payments
- Processing auction entries
- Invoicing, Photocopying, filing, incoming & outgoing post
- Assisting various departments with phone calls
- Assisting car & commercial department with administration duties
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
- Good level of IT literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Cash handling experience
- Hard working and motivated
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch break) with additional hours as required to facilitate the needs of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
