Property Administrator

General duties:
Answering phone calls

Booking in viewings and collecting feedback from such viewings

Conducting viewings when required

Dealing with walk ins - Respond to public & clients who enter the office

General estate agency admin

Generating mortgage leads from any calls

Updating clients

Chasing sales progressions and any necessary paperwork

Admin support to all staff

General office duties

Upload properties to our software system

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Diary management

Dealing with property management calls

Carrying out property inspections and checkouts when required

Desirable qualities:
Meticulous attention to detail

Good phone manner - Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of property industry

Discretion

Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively

IT skills

This role will suit someone eager to progress their career in financial services or estate agency.

Holidays - 20 days per annum pro rata plus 10 statutory holidays. 1 day per year of service will be added to this and capped at 25 days per year.

Company pension scheme

Working office hours 9am
- 5pm Monday to Friday. May have to on a rota basis work 10am - 12pm on a Saturday.
