**The Opportunity**:
Brand new and exciting opportunity to join as a Head of Paid Media for a specialist digital agency based in London, serving the biggest and most exciting names in the music & entertainment industry. The established team combines expertise in digital media, influencers, technology, and creativity to craft impactful campaigns tailored to their clients' unique needs. The agency is known to curate experiences that elevate brands and meaningfully engage audiences.
**The Role**:
As the Head of Paid Media, you will lead the paid media team, leading and growing our events and festivals division. We're seeking someone with strong industry networks and the expertise to elevate this side of our business.
The Head of Paid Media will report directly to the Founders and Leadership team. And manage a team including ad-ops and a media planner. You'll collaborate with iconic brands across various verticals, using cutting-edge technology to connect with customers and drive sales.
**The Responsibilities**:
This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, balancing strategic oversight with creative freedom:
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:Design and implement effective and engaging digital media campaigns for clients in the music & live events sector, focusing on festivals, live events, and independent labels. And, collaborate closely with our ad-ops teams to ensure seamless campaign roll-outs.
- **Campaign Analysis**:Track and evaluate the performance of digital media campaigns, offering regular reports and optimization recommendations.
- **Strategic Leadership**:Lead the development of paid media strategies that deliver results for clients, adapting to changing trends and platforms.
- **Client Management**:Oversee daily client interactions and ensure their objectives and goals are achieved.
- **Client Relations**:Foster long-lasting relationships with high-profile clients by offering strategic insights and building trust to enhance client retention.
- **Optimize Team Efficiency and Processes**:Predict and allocate your team's resources using data-driven insights and continuously improve and develop new processes and systems in close collaboration with your team.
- **Team Growth**:Promote a team culture that prioritizes innovation and professional development.
- **Innovation**:Ensure the agency remains at the cutting edge of Paid Media technology, AI, and data.
- **Advocacy**:Create thought leadership content and represent the agency at industry events with confidence.
- **Industry Trends and Best Practices**:Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital media.
**Requirements**:
- **Degree Educated**
- **Leadership Skills**:Exceptional team management and mentoring capabilities.
- **Client Management**:Strong client-facing skills, demonstrated in high-stakes environments.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strategic mindset.
**Salary**:£55,000 - £75,000 per annum plus bonus
**Location**:London, Central
**Working Hours**:Hybrid role (Tues, Wed, Thursday in office & Monday and Friday Work from home)
