Head of Paid Media and Customer Experience

Marks&SPENCER is seeking a talented Head of Paid Media and Customer Experience to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact paid media campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliates. You will collaborate closely with our Paid Performance team to source imagery, brief the studio and copy team, and deliver all paid media performance activity across the UK and ROI. Additionally, you will work on strategic CRM offer campaigns, including cross-sell, non-redeemer, and lapse initiatives. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing campaigns, managing multiple projects, and reacting quickly to changing business priorities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong interest and experience in Paid Media marketing and customer marketing. You should be willing to further develop your skills in Paid Media and CRM. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is available for this position, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding outstanding performance.
