To provide daily planning of all production resources and capacity to meet customer demand.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:

- Generation of day-to-day production schedules/plans
- Capacity Planning effective to production deadlines
- Liaison with internal stakeholders - Sales, Engineering, Projects, Procurement etc.
- Analyse/monitor inventory levels
- Seek to improve processes around MRP/ERP planning.
- Assisting departmental managers with capacity report

**Key Activities**

Analyse sales forecast changes and liaises with Operations/Production Manager to identify issues for production floor.

Lead daily planning and manage activity exceptions.

Support Manufacturing with make or buy decisions.

Maintain work centre schedules to ensure proper job scheduling and capacity limitations are understood and communicated when necessary.

Analyse sales performance and establish Engineering, Production and QC priorities.

Develop planning processes to streamline manual development MRP planning systems.

Provide guidance and training to other detail Planners were necessary specifically on new techniques or process changes.

Handle production control issues or concerns within the department.

Attend production meetings

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
