Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

- Ensure the MPS plan accurately reflects forecast/customer demand for an 8-12 week period.
- Escalate and report on customer service issues relating to Reckitt internal and external customers.
- Work within the S&OP process to plan annual production of critical products to establish inventory plans based on seasonality.
- Ensure acceptable stock levels are maintained for Reckitt finished goods.
- Analyse packing and manufacturing requirements, and operational issues to create a rough cut capacity manufacturing plan.
- Control & implementation of pack change process; reflecting the discontinuation of old materials and the introduction of new materials.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Previous production planning experience in an FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Retail environment (Desirable but not essential).
- Can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills through your ability to manage multiple activities and respond to changing priorities.
- Are experienced working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within and external to the organisation at all levels.
- Can operate in a highly pressured environment whilst managing competing priorities.
