**Summary**

**Main duties include (but not limited to)**:

- To ensure all required administration activities are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Raising and amending orders
- Intake booking in schedules
- Updating KPI trackers.
- To provide cover and support for the Schedulers / Planners, and play a key role in helping track Christmas production in detail.
- To learn and support all areas of the Planning function, helping build SOP’s for the relevant roles and duties.

**Requirements, experience and person specification**:

- Attention to detail is key.
- Willingness and drive to learn, deliver, and improve processes and ways of working.
- Flexibility and ability to cover roles / shifts as and when required.
- Previous experience of FMCG manufacturing (preferably food related) advantageous.
- Able to operate under pressure and flex as required, ensuring the planning team is supported in order to achieve their objectives.
- Good communication skills to liaise between different departments and levels.
- Be able to prioritise and manage workload to hit deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and a “Can-do” attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
