Due to growth we are looking for a passionate Billing Administrator to join our team. You will be joining hardworking and engaged team of billing administrators and the Administration Team Leader for two of our Acacium Group divisions: Pulse Nursing at Home and Thornbury Community Services.

**As our Billing Administrator you will...**
- Validate weekly shifts and produce invoices for the weekly care in line with all contract agreements
- Act as a critical point of contact for operations concerning billing processes
- Liaise with credit controllers to ensure optimal cash recovery, checking billing deviations from contractual terms
- Communicate with Internal stakeholders around any billing discrepancies whilst sending out invoices to any debtors
- Adopt a true process improvement mentality to optimise time to bill, working closely with IT and other stakeholders for billing system best practices

**What will help you succeed in this role?**
- Previous experience working as part of a billing team is essential to help with your knowledge of processes in a billing environment
- Having a high attention to detail with an organised work ethic to help you complete tasks to a high standard in a timely manner
- Strong customer focus and confident in speaking with internal stakeholders around challenges being faced
- Efficient in Microsoft packages especially excel is essential (use of Pivot table and V-Lookups within role)
