Billings Administrator Maternity Cover

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a maternity cover for our Billings Administrator within our Property Management fee team to provide accurate invoicing in a timely manner. Working towards deadlines and supporting other admins on billing and set-up.
Working alongside the PM Fee Supervisor in ensuring all data is accurate for billing & forecasting purposes. Other adhoc invoicing and admin duties will also be included.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue the monthly management fee billing schedule to all CRM’s & Admins
- Raising the monthly management fee invoices which can be up to 1,400 invoices in our biggest quarter month billings
- Raising any credits where necessary
- Set-up and update invoices on our invoice scheduler system to create draft invoices
- Internal liaison with Client Relationship Managers / Administrators for sign off on billing
- Resolving billing queries
- Fee share reconciliation to ensure each region/office has received the correct fee % amount
- Ensure accuracy of Fee Sheet information
- Debtors reporting to the business
- Invoice upload to our Compass system
- Rejection & False Submission invoice reporting
- New client contract checks to see if fully signed and fee amounts match

**Team Overview**
Working alongside the PM Fee Supervisor in ensuring all data is accurate for billing & forecasting purposes. Other adhoc invoicing and admin duties will also be included.
This role will be based within our Manchester office reporting directly to our Management Fee Supervisor.
