**Calex have a vacancy for an Operational Support Coordinator working on the Jaguar Land Rover Contract.**

This role is embedded within the Global Learning Services Team, part of Network Excellence - reporting into the Operational Support Senior Lead. The team are responsible for providing operational support on Jaguar Land Rover’s Global Learning Management System (LMS) which has over 60,000 users, as well as supporting the delivery of virtual training via Adobe Connect on the use of its systems, and maintaining Digital Applications (Mobile Apps, via Apple App Store & Google Play Store).

In this role you will advise, coach and support the Users of the system to resolve queries when issues are raised via a ticketing system. You will need to execute these business requests in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. This role is pivotal in the delivery of a successful service and requires a real passion to work as part of a busy, tenacious team who are targeted to bring queries to a smooth resolution.

**Role description**
Previous experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS’s) and / or supporting users of web-based systems, whilst providing them with advice, guidance and support is desirable. In addition, you must be confident in producing and delivering training/presentations, engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels.

**Required Skills**:
In order to meet the needs of this exciting role, you will be required to possess the majority of the skills listed below:

- Knowledge and Experience of working on Learning Management System(s) / LMSs
- Knowledge and / or Experience of working on Mobile App Stores (e.g. Apple and / or Google Play)
- Knowledge and / or Experience of Adobe Connect or other streaming / communication platforms (e.g. Zoom Meetings, Citrix GoTo and / or Webex Suites)
- Experience of remote support and / or training
- Interest in data and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT & FORMULAS)
- Excellent Multi -Tasker
- Patience and an ability to focus on complex tasks to ensure resolution
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills
- Able to work independently, flexibly and be adaptable
- Good teamwork skills
- Effective communicator

**Package**
This is a hybrid role working from home and some days during the week at our office in Alma Park Lutterworth. Competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension and Sage Employee Benefits Scheme.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
