Position Type: Permanent & FTC Contract Type: Full Time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday to cover 07:00am to 5:00pm

We currently have a full time vacancy for an administration role at our National Administration Department in Magna Park , Lutterworth which will service all BSS branches throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland.
Reporting to the Senior you will be trained to be multi skilled for:
Coordinating with branches to help resolve query actions
Communication with Branches & Suppliers regarding Invoices ,Queries and supplier returns
Obtaining PODs and information from Branches & Suppliers to support processing Direct to SIte orders, Call Offs, Commissioning reports
Effectively supporting the branch network, to increase operational efficiency
To be successful:
Your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be to a high standard.
You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets.
At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.
Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.
Be willing to help others, to work as part of an effective and communicative team.
